Welcome to InSkillBoost ("we", "us", "our", or the "Service"), a free educational platform operated by Haythem Rehouma, based in Quebec, Canada. By accessing or using https://inskillboost.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, e.g. 16 in the European Union under GDPR). Users under the age of majority must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Service description

InSkillBoost provides free, hands-on training content in cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, cybersecurity and software engineering. Some courses are publicly available; others are password-protected and reserved for verified students or institutional partners.

The content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, security, etc.).

3. User accounts and passwords

  • For protected courses, an access password is required. Passwords are confidential and personal.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any password you receive and for all activity under it.
  • Sharing, reselling or publicly disclosing protected-course passwords is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  1. Copy, redistribute, mirror, scrape or republish course content without written permission.
  2. Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to download the Site beyond what is allowed by robots.txt.
  3. Attempt to bypass authentication, reverse-engineer or attack the Site's security.
  4. Upload or transmit malware, illegal content, harassment or hate speech.
  5. Use the Service to violate any applicable law (Canadian, Quebec, your local jurisdiction).

5. Intellectual property

All content (text, code, diagrams, videos, images, logos) is © 2025-2026 Haythem Rehouma and InSkillBoost, unless otherwise indicated. Code snippets within lessons may be reused under the MIT License for personal learning unless a different license is stated.

The "InSkillBoost" name, logo and trade dress are trademarks of Haythem Rehouma.

You retain ownership of any feedback or contributions you submit; by submitting them, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service.

The Site links to third parties (LinkedIn, InSkillFlow, AWS, GitHub, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of those external sites.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted, nor that the educational content will lead to any specific career, employment or financial outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL InSkillBoost, ITS OPERATOR OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability (e.g. some EU consumer-protection laws), our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InSkillBoost and its operator from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any third-party right.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the Judicial District of Montreal, Quebec, Canada — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country grant you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
